Zachary M. Burwell, 25, Salina, pleaded no contest Feb. 27 to attempted aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and domestic battery. Charges of criminal damage to property and battery were dismissed.

Casey Galbraith, 27, Lakewood, Colorado, pleaded no contest Feb. 27 to battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, endangerment, and driving under the influence. Dismissed were charges of aggravated battery, possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol; and operating a vehicle without registration.

Jared D. Hedrick entered a one-year diversion agreement Feb. 15 on charges of transporting an open container of alcohol and speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. He agreed to pay $574. He must submit to drug and alcohol screening, provide proof of completion, and perform 30 hours of community service.

Johannah R. Latham, 18, Hillsboro, formally was charged March 6 with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Alex J. Ojeda pleaded no contest Feb. 10 to speeding and was sentenced to pay $153 and obtain a valid driver’s license. A charge of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked was dismissed.

Charges of possession of methamphetamine and interference with law enforcement filed June 14 against Heidi A. Sellens, 54, Moundridge, were dismissed March 1 for reasons not listed in the court file.

A bench warrant was issued March 2 for Monique D. Trigg, 29, Wichita, after she failed to appear in court on charges of possession of oxycodone with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, and, criminal use of a weapon.

A bench warrant was issued Feb. 24 for Dasan Z. Wallace after he failed to appear in court in two cases. His bond in both cases was ordered revoked. He is charged with felony theft, interference with law enforcement, and domestic battery.

Briannia C. Washington pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to driving without a valid driver’s license in her possession and driving 82 mph in a 65-mph zone. A charge of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked was dismissed. In a separate case, charges of driving a car with a license tag not assigned to it and driving without proof of insurance were dismissed.

Ian A. Weisbeck formally was charged March 13 with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
