Justin L. Chrisjohn pleaded no contest Aug. 16 to domestic battery. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 15. Charges of domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, and criminal damage to property filed in two separate cases were dismissed.

Genevieve Giroux formally was charged Aug. 16 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights on.

Kara Holt formally was charged Aug. 24 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Kevin L. Lemon was sentenced Aug. 11 to 30 days in jail followed by 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $658 for criminal threat with a deadly weapon.

Mystery S. Prieto pleaded no contest Aug. 8 to interference with law enforcement and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
