DIVISION CASES

Randall D. Kahns was formally charged Nov. 20 with domestic battery.

Jarred J. Weems was formally charged Nov. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, THC, and marijuana.

Troy S. Keith was formally charged Nov. 20 with burglary and felony theft.

Carrie Neel was formally charged Nov. 21 with burglary and felony theft.

Patric Gary Patterson was sentenced Nov. 5 to two years’ community corrections for criminal threat, conspiracy to commit theft, and battery. On the same date, he was sentenced to two years’ community corrections for driving without a valid license. The sentences are ordered to run consecutively.

Brianna Lanae Stoetzl was sentenced Oct. 9 to a year’s probation for damage to property and domestic battery.

Colton Tyler Gann was sentenced Oct. 1 to a year’s probation for domestic battery, criminal restraint, and endangering a child.

Jonny Ray Tyink pleaded no contest to assault Oct. 22.

Jeff Madsen was bound over for trial on a charge of aggravated battery Oct. 3.

Charges of possession of methamphetamine, hydrocondone, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and interference with law enforcement earlier filed against Brandi Nicole Bosley were dismissed with prejudice Nov. 19.
