Gerald Dittager was formally charged May 31with domestic battery and battery.

Juanita Anne Gibson was formally charged June 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and invalid registration.

Kimberlie Damron was formally charged June 1 with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen firearm, interference with law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Randall Davis pleaded no contest March 5 to interference with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and domestic battery.

Rochelle D. Atwood pleaded not guilty April 10 to driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, disorderly conduct, driving while revoked, no proof of insurance, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, and registration not valid.

Dasan Zachary Wallace pleaded no contest April 11 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to a year’s probation.

William Houle Sr. entered a one-year diversion agreement May 15 on a charge of stalking. He agreed to pay $125 diversion fee and $158 court costs.

Ian Fox Martin entered a diversion agreement on May 4 charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal display of license plate. He agreed to pay $125 diversion fee, $158 courts costs, $45 booking fee, and $157.50 attorney fee, and serve 30 hours community service.

Rita Marie Hood pleaded not guilty April 11 to driving in violation of restrictions and failure to give notice of change of address or name.
