Jury trial for Jerry Thouvenell on 12 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14 and battery of a child was postponed to Sept. 10-14 after his lawyer, David Philip Leon, Wichita, filed a motion May 21 asking that he be given more time to prepare.

Krystle D. Strong was formally charged May 25 with endangering a child and domestic battery.

Dylan L. Horton was formally charged May 25 with contributing to a child’s misconduct.

Travis Eugene Hamm was formally charged May 25 with endangering a child.

Veronica Crabtree was formally charged May 25 with two counts of domestic battery.

Tanner L. Jasper was formally charged May 25 with contributing to a child’s misconduct.

Adam M. Kleiber on April 10 pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. Sentencing will be later.

Tessa Deann Gray was sentenced April 23 to a year’s probation for criminal use of a financial card and theft. She was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $100 attorney fee.
