Logan Chase Herston was formally charged Sept. 12 with misdemeanor theft.

Rochelle D. Atwood, also known as Rochelle D. Henderson and Rochelle D. Hawn, was formally charged Sept. 14 with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, disorderly conduct, driving while license revoked as a habitual violator, no proof of insurance, driving while license was revoked, and invalid registration.

Charles Moon was formally charged Sept. 14 with misdemeanor theft, criminal trespass, and pedestrian under the influence.

Maesha D. Pool was formally charged Sept. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, and fleeing an officer.

Ashli Nicole Witten on Aug. 16 was found guilty of probation violation.

John Randall Davis on Aug. 16 pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault, interference with law enforcement, trespass, and disorderly conduct.

Tammy Britton on Aug. 28 pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to take an anger management class and pay $158 court costs. A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed.

Zachary Allen Nichols on Sept. 6 was bound over for trial on charges of interference with law enforcement, driving while licenses suspended, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.

Derek D. Summers on Sept. 6 was bound over for trial on charges of violation of offender registration law.

Alicia Marie Tabares on Sept. 6 was bound over for trial on charges of trafficking contraband in a correctional facility, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of morphine.
