Daniel Lee Jackson, Bushong, possession of marijuana, endangering a child, and driving while license was suspended, canceled, or revoked amended June 23 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Terry A. Nelson, 2444 250th Rd., Lincolnville, pleaded not guilty in two separate cases June 14 to domestic battery.

Trent Austin Hostetter, found guilty June 14 of criminal restraint; impersonation of a law enforcement officer dismissed. Sentenced to 12 months in jail concurrent to Dickinson County sentence, costs of $158 to be paid within 30 days of release.

Jeffrey Madsen, 706 N. Elm St., Peabody, found guilty May 11 of disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 25 days in jail credited for 19 days served, must pay $203 within 60 days.

Glenn Martin Decker, 521 S. Garfield St., Enterprise, criminal damage to property dismissed June 1 without prejudice.

David Lee Juardo Sr., 704 N. Walnut St., Salina, found guilty May 18 of criminal deprivation of motor vehicle.

Douglas Edward Gable, probation violation, sentenced June 20 to 14 days in jail, 12 months supervised probation.

Robert Scott Ayers, 580 150th Rd., Hillsboro, possession of methamphetamines, sentenced July 13 sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, must submit to DNA registration and pay all costs, $1,538.
