Hunter Riley Blanchard, 1119 NW 109th St., Yukon, Oklahoma, possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed April 18 without prejudice.

Bradford A. Cody Jr., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty April 12 to two counts of criminal trespass, and counts of possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and transportation of liquor in open container; all scheduled for pretrial conferences on May 11.

Berretta Paul Janzen, 124 W. 5th St., Florence, court granted state’s motion April 18 to withdraw motion to revoke probation.

Kevin Kelsey, 116 Billings St., Marion, found guilty April 13 of two counts possession of stolen property; 10 counts of possession of stolen property dismissed. Sentenced to jail, suspended for 60 days; 12 months supervised probation, which may switch to unsupervised after six months as determined by court services officer; $908.

Freedom Ashley Nicholas, 205 W. B St., Hillsboro, 12 month diversion agreement May 18 for possession of marijuana, sentenced to obtain a drug/alcohol evaluation at own expense within 60 days, $528. Case to be dismissed at completion of agreement.

Gavin Shields, 2569 300th Rd., Lincolnville, obstruction of apprehension or prosecution dismissed March 2 without prejudice.
