Jeffrey Bredemeier, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Jan. 13 for possession of marijuana. Pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 10.

Sheridan W. Brown, 511 Elm St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Feb. 10 to disorderly conduct, pretrial conference scheduled for April 13.

Mickey Lee Brubaker, 304 Jefferson St., Hillsboro, felony theft, misdemeanor theft, and driving while license suspended, sentenced March 2 to 12-month controlling sentence for count 1, six-month controlling sentence for count 4, and 30 days controlling sentence for count 3, 12 months supervised probation, must complete 40 hours community service, not to have contact with victim, not to enter liquor stores, to serve 48 hours in jail for positive drug or alcohol test and an additional 48 hours for each failed or refused test, $1,358.

Patrick P. Egan, 123 S. Nickerson St., Burns, found guilty Jan. 4 of criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft, sentencing was scheduled for March 7.

Trevor Fugitt, 710 Denver St., Marion, rape, sentenced Feb. 18 to 144 months to prison, lifetime parole, ordered to register as an offender, $1,508.

Kevin Kelsey, 116 Billings St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Feb. 1 to 11 counts possession of stolen property and one count drug paraphernalia; pretrial conference scheduled for March 7.

Brandon Klenda, 1677 300th Rd., Lincolnville, found guilty Jan. 25 on two charges of battery. Sentenced to total of 60 days controlled sentence, 12-months supervised probation, which may be converted to unsupervised after six months at discretion of court services officer, must obtain domestic battery assessment and follow recommendations.

Denin Austin Likes, 408 S. Ash St., Hillsboro, found guilty Feb. 9 of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; aggravated child endangerment dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 30-day controlling sentence, driving privileges to be suspended for 30 days, $458.

Vince Lee Newman, 207 Sycamore St., Peabody, found guilty Jan. 20 of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; transportation of alcoholic beverage in open container dismissed. Sentenced to pay $358 in fines and court costs; driving privileges suspended for 30 days.

David Orcutt, 907 N. Locust St., Peabody, possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell, criminal possession of firearm, misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed March 8 without prejudice.

Levi Jason Smith, 1130 N. Broadway St., Wichita, probation revocation, sentenced Feb. 9 to be put back on supervised probation for 12 months, subject to all terms and conditions, has credit for 77 days served.

Kristopher Wade, 12025 W. Grant Circle, Wichita, probation revoked Feb 10, sentenced to 60 days controlled sentence (with 49 days of jail time toward sentence).
