Grant Hulett Schuyler, 122 W. 5th St., Florence, pleaded not guilty Feb. 10 to unlawful discharge of firearm; pretrial conference scheduled for March 16.

Zaeta Lynn Knoll, 2748 Pueblo Rd., Canton, found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; possession or consumption of alcohol beverage by minor and transportation of an open container dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing scheduled for March 7.

Melinda Marie Needler, 1224 W. Walnut St., Herington, pleaded not guilty Jan. 25 to possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia; pretrial conference scheduled for March 7.

John Peter Abraham Bozman, 108 E. 9th St., Florence, domestic battery, case dismissed Feb. 29 without prejudice.

Billy M. Barber, 1959 600 Ave., Hope, pleaded not guilty Feb. 9 to possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia; pretrial conference scheduled for March 9.
