Nancy D. Garcia, 613 N. Main St., Florence, failure to comply with reasonable conditions or restrictions imposed by court officer, failure to illegally possess, use or traffic controlled substance, narcotic, or other drug, failure to pay assessed fees, costs, and fines to clerk of district court. Probation revoked Oct. 14, sentenced to serve 30 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, to begin service as agreed upon with court services officer within two weeks, allowed work release as set up by Marion County Sheriff’s Department and court service officer, upon completion of jail term, probation shall terminate unsuccessfully, must pay all sums due prior to this matter within 60 days.

Rory Howard, 1248 Arrowhead Rd., Moundridge, three counts giving worthless checks dismissed Nov. 3 with prejudice.

Christopher Dale Carr, 1353 30th Rd., Peabody, found guilty Nov. 4 of criminal damage to property; battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass dismissed pursuant to plea agreement, sentencing scheduled for Dec. 16.

Richard Todd Litton, failure to obey federal, state, and municipal laws and report any contact with law enforcement officer to court services officer within 72 hours. Probation revoked Oct. 14, sentenced to serve four consecutive weekends in custody of Marion County Sheriff beginning Oct. 23. Upon completion, defendant has 48 hours to set up electronic monitoring/house arrest for a period of 60 days, with all costs paid by defendant, defendant allowed out for work release, court appointments, and medical appointments as set up by Marion County Sheriff’s department and court services officer. Upon completion of jail term, probation shall terminate unsuccessfully and will be turned over to the court trustee for collection.
