Jeffrey Allen Miller, 421 S. Freeborn St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Nov. 10 to two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts indecent solicitation of a child, two counts furnishing alcohol to a minor for illicit purposes, and one count breach of privacy, eavesdropping. Pre-trial conference scheduled for Dec. 16.

Jan T. Buckland, 3452 Vista Rd., Lost Springs, charge of permitting a domestic animal to be at large dismissed Nov. 10 without prejudice.
