Tyson R. Owens-Green, 237 Lakeview Dr., McPherson, probation revoked June 1 for failure to remain crime free; probation thereafter reinstated for 12 months.

Daniel Lee Kopfman, 516 E. 82nd Ave., Hutchinson, probation revoked July 14 for failure to not possess controlled substances and be truthful to court services officer; probation thereafter reinstated for six months.

Joseph Ivan-Thurso Jones, 1244 Frontenac Dr., Park City, probation revoked July 15 for failure to not possess controlled substances, complete 20 hours community service, obtain drug evaluation within 30 days of release from jail, and pay $1,540.40 in fines. Sentenced to 10 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, probation thereafter reinstated for 12 months.

Gerry Donelson, 118 E. Avenue A, Apt. 306, Hutchinson, charge of domestic battery of Amy Marie Donelson dismissed Sept. 21 without prejudice because the state could not locate the case’s central witness.

Lori Ann Smith, 300 S. Buller St., Goessel, charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice Oct. 5.

Dillon J. Wildin, 510 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded guilty July 14 to possession of anabolic steroids; in exchange, charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice, sentencing was to be Sept. 8 (court records of that hearing were not available).

Gerald M. Shaw II, 2636 Wilson Dr., Wichita, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to charge of possession of methamphetamines; in exchange, charges of possession of stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice, must pay equivalent restitution to value of stolen property; sentencing scheduled for today.

Debra Willingham, 135 N. Freeborn St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Sept. 28 to battery of Michael W. Pearson and disorderly conduct, brawling.

Cynthia Kay Taylor, 416 S. Main St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Sept. 28 to interference with law enforcement, trial scheduled for Nov. 23.

Melissa Marie Shefke, 104 4th St., Ellinwood, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to possession of drug paraphernalia; in exchange, charges of possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, no tag light, and following too closely dismissed with prejudice; sentence imposition suspended six months, fined $403.

Lena Marie Robinson, 211 N. Spruce St., Peabody, pleaded no contest to giving a worthless check, sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, fined $203 and ordered to pay $127.44 restitution.

Britney Marie Ellison, 520 E. Fair St., Independence, Missouri, pleaded no contest Sept. 16 to possession of drug paraphernalia, sentence imposition suspended 12 months, fined $358.

Gordon Mitchell Walker, 808 E. Broadway St., Newton, domestic battery, sentence Sept. 17 to 12 months supervised probation, $263.

Patrick Wayne McHenry, 112 Wilson Ave., Tahlequah, Oklahoma, pleaded no contest Sept. 21 to two counts aggravated child endangerment and one count of criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle; in exchange, charges of aggravated interference with parental custody, interference with law enforcement, transporting an open container of alcohol, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice; sentencing was to be today.

Patsy Jo Troutt, 404 Lincolnville Ave., Lincolnville, charge of giving a worthless check dismissed without prejudice Oct. 6.

Whitney Taylor Wilson, 434 S. Oakland St., Webb City, Missouri, pleaded not guilty Sept. 21 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container of alcohol, pretrial conference scheduled for today.

Stacie Ann Daniel, 200 S. Lincoln St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Oct. 13 to disorderly conduct, brawling, pretrial conference scheduled for Nov. 10.

Joshua Jack Smalley, 121 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, can be converted to unsupervised after six months, must complete 20 hours community service, forbidden to contact co-defendants Brandon Hayes and Nikki Bell, $563.
