Couple to celebrate 50 years

John and Shirley (Hamm) Riffel will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a card shower June 29.

They were married June 29, 1973, in Marion, and have a daughter, Mandy Thomas, and a granddaughter, Kenna Thomas.
