Hillsboro Police Department filed a notice of pending forfeiture Sept. 28 against Molly Beth Schofield. The department seeks forfeiture of $1,128, a Sig Sauer P320 9mm handgun, 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, oil burner glass pipes, syringes, and a digital scale taken from Schofield Sept. 3.

Josh Kasten was ordered Sept. 29 to pay Co-Ag Propane $280.78 plus costs and interest on an unpaid account.

Linda Eileen and Frank Klenda were ordered Sept. 28 to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $830.44 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.
