Joan Meyer and Thelma Blosser showed special utensils Oct. 26 on National Fork Day. The group enjoyed trivia, a fork story and song, with everyone raising their lunchtime forks high in the air.

Halloween was celebrated with a group participation story and a “corny” joke. Several people dressed in costume, including Jackie Hett, Shirley Moore, Barb Bitner, Keith Allison, Janet Bryant, and cook Lucille Bitner.

Dawn Miller of Angels Aware Home Care presented “Enjoy Fitness at Any Age” on Nov. 1.

Two birthdays will be celebrated this month. Teddy Bear birthday is Nov. 14. Seniors are asked to bring their bears. Mickey Mouse birthday is Nov. 18 and will be celebrated Nov. 17. Seniors may bring Mickey Mouse watches, ears, etc. The group will sing the Mickey Mouse Club song.
