Tuesday — Shepherd’s pie, pickled beets, fruit cocktail, biscuit.

Jan. 4 — Pulled pork, sweet potatoes, lima beans, peaches, brownie, roll.

Jan. 5 — Smothered steak, hashbrowns, copper penny salad, fruit cup, cookie, roll.

Thursday — Meatloaf, baked potato, peas and carrots, oatmeal cookie, apricots, wheat bread.

Friday— Hot beef sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, baked apples, pudding.

Tuesday— Smothered pork loin, sweet potato casserole, cabbage with parsley, tropical fruit, pudding, wheat roll.

Jan. 4 — Chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, tossed salad, mandarin oranges.

Jan. 5 — Beefy pepper bake, broccoli, sliced peaches, wheat roll.
