These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

170th Rd. east of Chisholm Trail Rd.

David L. Johnson, Jr., Goessel, drove a 1992 Oldsmobile 88 into the north ditch, swerved across the road, then went into the south ditch and struck a tree at 7:55 p.m. Aug. 31. The Oldsmobile, owned by April N. Johnson, Goessel, was towed. Johnson, whose age is not listed on Sgt. Larry Starkey’s accident report, does not have a driver’s license. Neither he nor his passenger, Luis M. Limon, Goessel, reported injury. No citations were issued.

Quail Creek Rd. north of 290th Rd.

Katherine J. Heiser, 59, Ramona, hit a deer at 5:52 p.m. Aug. 31 with a 2017 Toyota Camry owned by Mark Heiser, Ramona.

200 block of N. Cedar St.

Carson C. Spaulding, 30, Council Grove, was driving a 2020 Freightliner MT45 at 4:55 p.m. Friday on E. Lawrence St. After stopping at an intersection, he pulled out in front of a 2006 Honda driven by Kevin R. Hayward, 56, Marion. Hayward’s vehicle, driving through the intersection from N. Cedar St., had damage to its front end. The Freightliner, owned by UPS of Lenexa, had damage to the rear portion of its driver’s side. Neither driver reported injury.
