These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-56 east of Alamo Rd.

A 2015 Buick Encore driven by Rose Ann Crooks, 32, McPherson, was damaged when a deer running across the road hit the driver’s door at 5:54 a.m. March 12.

Pawnee Rd. at 60th Rd.

A 2015 farm vehicle agricultural implement driven by Kendall Wayne Clark, 25, Newton, struck a 2003 Ford Taurus driven by Lillian Yancey, 84, Peabody, when Yancey failed to yield at a stop sign on 60th Rd at 10:43 a.m. March 7. Yancey was taken to Newton Medical Center. No citation was issued.
