According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

120th Rd. east of Indigo Rd.

Raymond Sainristil, 20, Everett, Massachusetts, was eastbound on 120th Rd. in a 2001 Honda Accord owned by Veronica Harness of Huntsville, Alabama, when he reportedly swerved to miss a pothole at 1:21 a.m. Sept. 25. He reportedly lost control of the vehicle, going into a pasture, and damaged a fence owned by Daniel Suderman of Peabody. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

330th Rd. east of Goldenrod Rd.

A 2002 Buick Century, driven by Shelly Kaiser and owned by Midway Motors, Hillsboro, struck a deer at 6:29 a.m. Sept. 8. It was originally reported to have happened at K-15 and 330th, but investigating officer Derek Fetrow later found the correct location. The vehicle was towed from its location.

US-77 and 340th Rd.

A 2013 Dodge Carivan driven by Mary Friesen, 42, Moundridge, reportedly turned on a right turn signal, which prompted a 2007 Ford Fusion driven by Shelby Stohs, 24, Hillsboro, to attempt to pass. Friesen then reportedly changed signals, and turned left. Friesen attempted to avoid Stohs, but hit the passenger side rear door and fender at 1:20 p.m. Sept. 17. Neither Friesen, Stohs, or any of their passengers were reported as injured. Friesen’s vehicle was towed from the scene, while Stohs was driven away.

K-15 north of 80th Rd.

A 1999 Honda Civic driven by Michael Miles, 61, North Newton, was southbound on K-15. Miles reportedly did not see a 1968 John Deer tractor driven by Verney Voth, 65, Newton, who was also southbound. Miles’ vehicle struck the tractor at 8:07 p.m. Sept. 23. No injuries were reported, but Miles’ vehicle was towed.

140th Rd. west of Falcon Rd.

A 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Tanner Jasper, 17, Hillsboro, reportedly skidded on gravel before going sideways, entering a ditch and rolling on its top at 2:23 p.m. Sept. 27. The report indicates passenger Kalleigh Saenz, 17, Hillsboro, was airlifted to Wesley Medical Center. An additional report from the scene indicated that another individual was transported by Marion ambulance to St. Luke. Violations charged included speeding, no registration, and no driver’s license. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Kanza Rd. north of 250th Rd.

A 2011 Toyota Camry driven by Tamara Klenda, 54, Lincolnville, struck a deer at 6:55 a.m. Sept. 28.

Kanza Rd. north of 140th Rd.

A 2011 Ford Taurus, driven by Kathryn Glanzer, 38, Hillsboro, struck a deer at 8:28 p.m. Sept. 28. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

300 block of 3rd St.

Cody Penner, 29, Hillsboro, backed his 2009 Ford F-35 pickup into a legally parked 2005 Ford Escape owned by Roger Bitner, Marion, at 9:20 a.m. Saturday while departing Casey’s General Store’s parking lot onto 3rd St. Damage to both vehicles was reported.

300 block of N. Lincoln St.

While driving a small tractor owned by Professional Landscaping Service, Wichita, Cris Adams, 46, Wichita, was struck by a 2000 Plymouth Voyager owned Aunt Bees Floral Garden Center and Gifts, LLC, and driven by Denise Matz, 60, Marion, at approximately 4 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. Damage was noted on both vehicles.

100 block of Grand St.

A 2009 Dodge Avenger owned by Austin Jost, Hillsboro, and driven by Erica Jost was left idling and unattended in the 100 block of Grand St. at 5 p.m. Sept. 27. The driverless vehicle rolled across the street into the parking lot of Dale’s Supermarket where it struck a parked 2012 Ford Escape owned by Nichalus McLaughlin, Lehigh.

Jost’s son, Colton, was a passenger in the Avenger at the time of the accident. Police reports indicate that Colton said the car suddenly started moving backwards.

Rebecca McLaughlin, 35, Lehigh, and her son, Dereck Hamm, were in Escape at the time of the accident while McLaughlin’s father-in-law, Paul McLaughlin, was loading groceries in the back. Minimal damage was noted to both vehicles. No injuries were reported.
