Arrangements are progressing finely for another successful camp meeting by the Central Camp Meeting Association. Central Park, where this camp meeting is annually held, is in the very heart of the city of Marion, on Main street, only two blocks from the court house and business center of the town.

It is a lovely spot, studded with stately trees, traversed by the stream called Luta. A fine spring of pure cool water gushes from the hillside in the enclosure. It is a delightful place to “camp” and those who have been here will want to come again, and those who have never enjoyed an outing in this splendid place should come and try a short stay in the woods.

Tents will be rented cheap, and board on the ground to those who do not want to do their own cooking, will be furnished at lowest rates. Come.

Dr. Hannaford and Major Bown have exchanged residences. They both moved yesterday. They are both especially anxious for the doctor’s patients to note this change, the doctor for obvious reason, and the Major for the reason that he does not wish to be awakened at all hours of the night by people wanting limbs amputated or cases of cholera infantum attended to.

Charlie Bryan, bright little son of M.S. Bryan, was the victim of a serious accident Wednesday. While returning from Chingawasa, a playful companion threw his hat out of the car. The conductor and engineer kindly stopped the car and Charlie got out to get his hat, but in running to get in again, he fell and broke his arm.
