The ditching machine, which has been working in the south part of the park, cut through to the river at the north end this week. The machine will work north along the west bank of the stream, crossing the street at the stone arch bridge and widening the stream north of the bridge on the west bank.

The Oyer & Riggs Grocery moved this week into the Schoneman building and is now open for business. Mr. Schoneman moved his repair shop into the room vacated by the Haldeman barber shop.

Some of these warm days the Creamery company is kept so busy filling orders for ice cream, etc. that they are obliged to use two trucks to deliver.

The Campfire Girls established a camp on the Cottonwood Tuesday and will spend a week or more camping. They will be accompanied by Mrs. G.J.Goodsheller and Mrs. Al Richardson.

Fred Frobenius has secured a permit to erect a sheet iron building adjacent to the monument works on west Main Street.
